Instructions for Applying

  1. Fill out enclosed application contract. Prices are for standard size booths 10 x 10 indoor. If you desire two booths, the price is twice as much.

  2. Mail us your application, keeping the bottom copy for your files.

  3. Include three photos of your work and display to be judged. Be sure to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

  4. Give a brief description of your work or demonstration.


Deposit:


Each show will require separate deposit checks of  $75 per booth. 

Booth balance is to be paid in full, twenty-one days prior to each Show. Each requires a cashier's check or money order for the balance of each show.

*IMPORTANT: Payment is to be received twenty-one days prior to Show date. If late please notify our office.

We try to be courteous to you by holding your booth as long as possible. Please ALWAYS contact us if you must cancel.
